Synopsis

The Superbug Crisis unveils the rise of multidrug-resistant bacteria.

From aquaculture and livestock farming to environmental pollution and the misuse of antibiotics in healthcare,
human actions have accelerated the spread of resistance.

Told through the eyes of an infectious disease physician, the film reveals both the despair of failing treatments
and the invisible battlefield within the human body.

Yet hope persists.
Scientific breakthroughs, responsible antibiotic use, safe farming practices, and trust between patients and physicians—
these everyday choices may still turn the tide.
